I was recently reminded of a great day that students and staff spent working with the GB Freestyle Kayak squad last year, shortly before the pandemic. It was nice to welcome graduate Dennis Newton (Sweetwater Coaching, and the squad’s Performance Director) back to Lincoln, and we look forward to running more support sessions as soon as we are able (with my colleague Sandro Dias taking the lead from the School’s end).
